Организм человека устроен невероятно сложно и просто одновременно!
В нем есть ключевые точки баланса! Если настроить эти точки все остальное приходит в порядок.
Например.
Если кислотно -щелочное равновесие нарушается многие метрики здоровья летят: давление, иммунитет, сахар, обмен веществ и т д.
И бесполезно пытаться приводить в порядок каждый параметр, если ключевая метрика здоровья в дисбалансе. Но, стоит привести в кислотно- щелочное состояние в баланс — все остальные метрики здоровья автоматом восстанавливаются!
К чему это я?
Также и в жизни. Много есть сложностей и трудных ситуаций, проблемы иногда как из рога изобилия.
Можно решать каждую проблему по очереди и откладывать радость и все лучшее на завтра, но так можно потратить всю жизнь на второстепенное, а на важное сил не хватит.
А можно наладить ключевые точки всех жизненных процессов и все придет в состояние порядка автоматом.
